The music department has been in full swing this fall! We are so excited to have returned to in-person private lessons and group ensembles. We currently have over 100 students taking music lessons with six teachers, who offer lessons on flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, baritone horn, drum set, xylophone, piano, violin, guitar, bass guitar, and voice.
We are so lucky to have highly trained musicians working with our students. Many of our music teachers are also gigging musicians who play both locally and around the country. Our teachers include Mike Effenberger, Eric Klaxton, Rachel Minsinger, Debbie Potter, Scott Solsky, and Mike Walsh. Check out their bios here! We are sad to announce that Mike Effenberger will be moving on to other music engagements this winter. He has taught at our school for 14 years and we wish him luck in his future endeavors!
