The bulk of my tenure was in the Manchester School District, where I spent the majority of my 17 years at Central High School, teaching World history, civics, US History, and Economics. Prior to Shaker Road School, I spent several years at John Stark High School, where I taught Economics, Personal Finance, and Civics.
I am a New Hampshire Certified Social Studies Teacher with over twenty years of experience educating students on global and American ideals and cultural heritage. I strive to generate student awareness of rights, liberties and responsibilities as citizens, and financial literacy.
I enjoy helping with the ski program.
I enjoy the outdoors (camping, hiking, Mt. biking, skiing, etc). I am involved in the Highland Games community, previously holding positions with NHSCOT and currently a Board Member of the Crystal Coast Highland Games.
I love the opportunities that SRS offers students and staff. The campus is gorgeous and everybody feels like family.
My favorite SRS Tradition is the Pumpkin Stroll.
