SRS is true to its mission of challenging and supporting students academically and socially. Shaker students do not simply go through the motions, but are challenged to be more and do more.
My new favorite tradition is KickBack each spring. I love the community rallying behind a local organization to raise much needed funds while playing the school’s most popular sport: soccer. This event epitomizes Shaker’s unique balance between having students contribute to the larger world yet recognizing they are still children and bringing the entire community together.
